Spare parts – Service
Short downtimes due to our fast spare parts service.
In case of a defective or worn out part to cause a downtime of your erosion machine, a phone call is enough and the required spare part leaves our warehouse and should reach you within 2 to 3 business days.
This is possible through our extensive spare parts inventory. We carry almost all common replacement parts for our own and foreign manufactured erosion machines constantly in our warehouse.
In case of a part not to be in stock, we use our well-established supplier-network for a fast availability, usually within 5 business days.
